Web applications & internal tools
Portals, dashboards, planning, data entry and decision logic for employees, customers or members.
From internal tools and web applications to process automation and API connections, RUUB builds around the way your organisation works, not around a technology trend.
Discuss your software needCustom software makes sense when the process is specific to the business, crosses several systems or has become too important for spreadsheets and manual handoffs.
Portals, dashboards, planning, data entry and decision logic for employees, customers or members.
Move data safely between existing systems and automate recurring steps.
Use language, documents, images, search or classification with appropriate data boundaries and human control.
A model is rarely the whole product. Permissions, state, validation, logging and failure handling remain explicit software. For fixed conditions, ordinary rules are often more predictable and affordable.
RUUB brings years of experience in AI and workflow automation to decision paths, internal tools, and document and knowledge workflows.
A specialist healthcare team is testing one focused tool for FTE, preferences and compensation rules.
In a document workflow, AI prepared a first proposal for specialists to review and correct.
Read the AI annotation result storyA knowledge assistant retrieved agreements from documents and meetings and turned them into an actionable next step.
Hosting, monitoring, updates, documentation, exportability and follow-on work can form part of delivery and ongoing technical care.
Usually, yes. RUUB prefers to connect to what you already use rather than replace everything. We first assess which systems, data and permissions are involved and choose the smallest intervention that works: an integration, an extension, or something new only where it is needed.
When the rules are fixed and clear, ordinary automation is often more reliable and cheaper. AI mainly adds value with language, variation and interpretation. Where the outcome is unambiguous, we deliberately choose ordinary software over a model.
We agree upfront what we monitor and when we revalidate. Where conditions are fixed or rule-based, we deliberately prefer ordinary automation over AI; it is more predictable and easier to maintain. We use AI only where variation or language justify it, with a human in control.
Briefly describe what happens today, who works with it and where it gets stuck. RUUB will help identify a sensible first step.
