When you use the form, RUUB processes your name, email address, organisation, message and optional phone number to respond to your enquiry.

Resend delivers your message by email to info@ruub.eu. Data is retained only as long as necessary or legally required.

Website analytics

RUUB uses PostHog for privacy-oriented website analytics. PostHog runs on the EU cloud and the measurement data is processed within the European Union.

The analytics are cookieless. No cookies are placed and no data is stored on your device, so no consent banner is required. RUUB measures only page views, the language of the page and a few anonymised actions, such as a click on the primary button and the start and successful submission of the contact form.

The data from the contact form is never linked to the analytics. All measurement requests go through ruub.eu, so the browser does not communicate directly with PostHog.
